Siddhant Raj Pandey
Siddhant has been a banker for over two decades, having worked with Merrill Lynch and Riggs Bank in London. He was CEO of Ace Development Bank for over eight years, a bank that was upgraded from a Finance Company during his tenure. He is also involved as a member of the Board of the Central Renewal Energy Fund, a government organization that invests and monitors on renewal energy. He is a mentor and advisor at Microsoft Innovation Centre (MIC) Nepal. He is also the Chairman of White Lotus Centre, a private sector development consultancy company.
His other involvements in the past include being the Chairman of the Credit Information Bureau (Karja Suchana Kendra). He has a BA in Business Administration from Virginia Tech University (USA) and MSc. in Development Economics from University of Bristol (UK). He has attended an Executive Program in Global Finance at the London School of Economics.
Siddhant is the Chairman and CEO of Business Oxygen.
Ritu Pradhan Malla
Completed her Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Webster University, Thailand in 2009. Has six years of experience in the banking industry of Nepal where she has worked with leading commercial banks in Nepal like Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited and Laxmi Bank Limited. Competencies in relationship management, credit risk management, credit portfolio management, business development & knowledge about SMEs in Nepal.
Ritu is SEMS point person and Sr. Investment Manager at BO2
He is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, India and a graduate from MIT-SOM College, Pune, India.
Deepak is Investment and Finance Manager at BO2.
Sherin is an experienced banker who was with the Civil Bank prior to joining Business Oxygen. She was an Architect before she joined banking having worked at Chaudhary Group.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Institute of Engineering and a M.B.A., with focus on Strategy and Finance, from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and has done an exchange program from the European Business School, Germany.
Sherin is an Investment Manager at Bo2
He completed his Bachelors in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and Economics from Lancaster University. He has contributed in the development of private sector of Nepal since 2013. His involvements with Biruwa Ventures, Udhyami Initiatives, and Pancharatna Group in the past, add to his experience in the private equity and impact investment industry of Nepal. He is also a co-founder of Ventures Café, a co-working space for young entrepreneurs.
Shashank is an Assistant Investment Officer at BO2.
Rabin is the Administration Officer at BO2.
